NIS Developments Ltd was set up by its Directors who have in excess of 30 years joint experience within the Construction, Building and Interior Fit Out Industry at senior management level carrying out individual or Roll out projects for major High Street and Retail Park Clients such as Argos, Homebase, Starbucks, Specsavers, Currys, Dixons, Harveys, Bensons Beds, Sleepmaster, Bed Shed, MacDonalds Restaurants, Co-op, Anglia regional Co-op, Anglia furnishings, Wickes, Jewsons, Carpetright, Bath Store, Clintons cards and many more. In addition both Directors have construction experience of major Civil and building projects prior to there move into Shopfitting.
NIS Developments Ltd was set up to provide a flexible but highly professional service to our potential clients whilst offering low overheads yet high standards of quality, Health and Safety and Customer Commitment. NIS Developments Ltd has procured strategic alliances with pre approved and known specialist subcontractors within the industry. This ensures that we can offer value for money as well as match the skills of our resources with the exact requirements of the project and successfully meet our clients visions and expectations.
The Directors and all hand picked senior staff are familiar with today's modern Construction needs and have a proven track record backed with a deep rooted pride to deliver a high quality finished product on time, on budget and with minimal impact on the clients' operations.
The company can service its client base nationally across the UK and also has experience of carrying out works in Ireland.

David Sayer B.Eng.
Role : Director / Shareholder
David is the founder of NIS and as such has worked since its inception in 2008.
He has worked within the construction sector for over 26 years, having gained a B.Eng in Civil Engineering from Hallam University. Experienced in multidisciplinary contracting for both Civils and Building Contracting, prior to moving into shopfitting and internal fit out 15 years ago.
David has specialised on the commercial side for the last 18 years ago and previously managed a busy Estimating and Quantity Surveying Department prior to setting up NIS.
Andrew Attewell MBA
Role : Director / Shareholder
Andrew joined the company at its inception in 2008, originally on a consultancy basis & then full time from Nov 2011.
Having worked in the construction sector for over 27 years, during which he was company sponsored to complete his MBA at Nottingham Business School. His practical and commercial experience ranges from scaffolding to M&E with the last 12 years spent within Shopfiiting.
Andrew has spent many years in commercial director roles within varying companies prior to joining NIS.
Mark Attewell
Role : Group Accountant
Mark has worked at NIS since 2010 and generally within accounts for over 30 years, many of those within general practice.
He has overall responsibility for the accounts function, including financial management & reporting, insurances and related administrative functions across the group.
Austin Warnes
Role : Group Health & Safety Manager
Austin has worked as a Direct Consultant for NIS since August 2012 and within the construction sector for over 12 years, holding professional memberships with the "Institute of Occupational Safety & Health", "International Institute of Risk & Safety Management", "Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment" and "Prefabricated Access Suppliers & Manufacturers Association".
Having all the relevant HSE qualifications, including NVQ Level 5, NEBOSH Level 3, BSC Diploma in Environment Management, and succesfully gaining NIS accreditation for CHAS, Constructionline and Safecontractor; Austin has overall control of the Health & Safety Department within NIS, reporting to the board.
Andrew Knowles
Role : Quantity Surveyor
Andrew joined NIS in 2015 and has worked within the construction sector since 2004 after completing his Diploma of Higher Education in Quantity Surveying & Construction Commercial Management.
He has gained valuable experience through initially Main Contracting at Simons Construction completing significant large projects, and subsequently Shopfitting working with a number of blue chip clients.

Initial Brief
We listen to your needs to build a brief for your project and work with you to refine that brief to make sure your specifics are captured.
Site Survey
One of our team will pay a site visit to your chosen site(s) to confirm all dimensions, discuss any special features and conduct a site survey.
Design Programme
Using your specification combined with our site survey we will create a set of design options, or validate the ones you provide. This will form the basis of the project roadmap and ensure accurate pricing and production.
Project Management
You will have a designated project manager that will ensure we deliver project on time, on budget and to the highest possible standards.
