NIS Developments Ltd provides all aspects of Internal Strip Out services providing a complete "back to the shell" product as required by our customers.

Our works often incorporate, but aren't limited to, soft furnishing removal, mechanical & electrical removal and the removal of mezzanines, lifts, escalators and other internal structures as required.

Often working in sensitive situations and partially occupied buildings, we strive to carry out these works with the minimum of client impact. To this end we are able to deploy our team to work "out of hours" if required to minimize the disruption to both occupants and neighbours to suit the clients specific requirements.

We are also highly aware of our environmental responsibilities, within this field and always seek to segregate waste for re-use as a first option. All environmentally sensitive items removed during the internal strip out are disposed of at a licensed recycling or disposal site, in conjunction with our approved waste disposal suppliers.

NIS take the responsibility for health & safety very seriously and implement stripping out procedures as laid down in our site & task specific risk assessments and method statements, which are constantly enforced by our weekly site based toolbox talks.

Internal Strip Out is often underestimated and as such can become a very dangerous task, often carried out by unskilled & untrained labourers. However at NIS we are proud of our health & safety record and invest heavily in training to provide the required levels of competence that our workforce needs. We are CHAS, Constructionline & Safecontractor approved, ensuring that NIS are a safe working contractor.
