NIS Developments Ltd have a significant history of providing dilapidation works to both tenant & landlord in order to correct identified breaches of the repairing & decorating covenants contained within the rental contract.

In simple terms NIS will price the Schedule of Dilapidations, which usually consists of the buildings external & internal repair and redecoration items. The aim is to bring the building back to its original state, when the lease was formerly signed.

NIS understand clearly the two distinct types of the Schedules of Dilapidations, being the Interim Schedule, which can be served prior to 3 years before the expiry of the lease. Or the Final Schedule (also known as terminal) which can be issued thereafter, but usually on termination of the lease.
